Well, I did say this would be very brief: I'll be uploading a longer post later today, though.
Yesterday's highlight was supper: ADC went to Penn Quarter Farmer's Market and came home with gorgeous heirloom tomatoes and the first strawberries of the season!! Strawberries here are very different from the ones in Israel. First of all, strawberries are a winter-spring fruit in Israel, starting earlier every year it seems and coming to an end by late April. Second, Israeli strawberries - perhaps because they are mostly grown for export - are firmer than the ones ADC bought. But all are equally delicious.
